Proudly based in Decatur, Georgia, just outside of Atlanta, Traktion was co-founded in 2017 by industry veterans Ryan Woolley and Jon Eggleton. As it has grown, the firm remains committed to finding ways to help clients find efficient growth.

Ryan Woolley

Co-Founder/Managing Partner

RYAN IS A RESULTS-ORIENTED LEADER with two-plus decades of experience crafting and executing marketing and operational strategies. His focus has been on helping organizations scale their marketing efforts to profitably acquire new customers, first within retail and consumer verticals, later moving into healthcare and patient acquisition. 

As a co-founder of Traktion, Ryan Woolley brought nearly 20 years of digital marketing, healthcare marketing, and e-commerce experience when the company launched in 2017. A Cleveland, Ohio native, Ryan began his career in Savannah, GA, where he earned a spot on the city's “40 Under 40.” In 2008, he moved to Atlanta and took on a leadership role at Response Mine Interactive, where he led marketing strategy and managed partnerships with top healthcare and retail brands.

Ryan helps healthcare organizations build and scale patient acquisition and retention programs. He recently led the creation of Traktion’s Navigator framework, designed to help multi-location healthcare businesses improve CRM selection, implementation, and automation, and he is passionate about layering AI into the company's workflows. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys attending sporting events with his family, and is an avid long distance runner. He can occasionally be found playing pinball, digging through record stores, and enjoying a local craft beer somewhere in Atlanta. He also previously served as a Board Member on Citizen Advocacy of Atlanta and DeKalb.

Jon Eggleton

Co-Founder/Managing Partner

JON HAS SPENT NEARLY ALL OF HIS CAREER IN DIGITAL, beginning in 1998 when he was hired to launch a new affiliate program for OfficeMax.com, later holding leadership roles within the e-commerce divisions of Home Shopping Network (HSN), American Greetings, and Progressive Lighting. Immediately prior to co-founding Traktion, Jon was the brand CMO for Turnstone, a Steelcase (NYSE: SCS) division focused on emerging businesses. He brought extensive client-side experience in building brands using digital channels to Traktion, and leads the firm’s brand development, content strategy consulting, and B2B marketing efforts.

Jon’s education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from Ohio University, with an MBA in Marketing from Cleveland State University. He’s a frequent industry speaker, advisor and content creator, having been featured in Entrepreneur, Internet Retailer, Marketing News, Healthcare Business Today, and The Daily Pour. Jon is also a podcast host with credits that include Traktion Talks (healthcare innovation), and the U.S. of N/A (mindful drinking/wellness), both of which can be found in all major podcast platforms such as Apple Podcasts and Spotify. He served as an Innovator in Residence for the 2024 and 2025 Summer Accelerator programs at Emory University's The Hatchery, and as an ongoing Advisor has helped student founders launch a variety of ventures in healthcare and beyond.

A native of Cleveland, he lives in Decatur with his wife, Meagan, and their three young sons. He has also been an active community leader, serving four years as a School Leadership Team member for the City Schools of Decatur.

Anwar Eichelberger

Media Director

ANWAR IS A PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE with over a decade of experience leading growth strategy across paid media, digital acquisition, and multichannel execution. As Media Director at Traktion Partners, he partners with healthcare organizations to architect and oversee patient acquisition systems that drive meaningful growth, supporting everything from go-to-market planning to campaign performance and marketing infrastructure.

Anwar’s work spans the full marketing lifecycle, from strategic planning and market positioning to channel performance and conversion optimization. He helps providers expand market share, attract high-intent patient opportunities, and build marketing systems that align with the full patient journey, from awareness to appointment.

Before Traktion, Anwar held key roles at VMLY&R, Blueprint Digital, Tegna (formerly Gannett), and Interactive One. He has shaped acquisition strategies for nationally recognized brands including Firestone, Southern Company, Adobe, Toyota, McDonald’s, and NBCUniversal.

Originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Anwar is a lifelong Eagles fan who enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and getting out on the golf course whenever possible.
